Dogfight Over Guadalcanal recounts the events surrounding American Navy pilot James “Pug” Sutherland’s historic clash with the Japanese Imperial Navy’s top ace, Saburo Sakai, in the skies above the tiny island of Guadalcanal in the South Pacific.
