Cineflix Sells The Unsellables to the BBC

Cineflix Creative Director Rob Carey today announced Cineflix’s second BBC Daytime commission this year.

Hosted by Sofie Allsopp, The Unsellables (20 x 30 minutes) is a bold new property show that helps desperate owners sell their ‘unsellable’ homes. Packed with practical advice and tips to add real value to your house. A huge hit in both the US and Canada, The Unsellables has been commissioned by Controller of BBC Daytime, Liam Keelan and will be an original UK commission.

The Unsellables is Cineflix’s second commission for the BBC after the company’s first-ever family series, Animals At Work (26 x 30 minutes) and brings the total amount of BBC orders to 46 half hours.

Carey says, "We are thrilled to be making such a successful format for BBC One. Sofie is a fantastic young talent and we are looking forward to making The Unsellables a hit show."

The Unsellables is a UK-Canada co-production and will be produced by NF-Cineflix (Unsellables UK) Inc. and Media Productions (Unsellables UK) Limited.

The executive producer for the BBC is Lindsay Bradbury and Damian Kavanagh and the Executive Producer for Cineflix is Leonie Hutchinson.
