Cineflix awarded SODEC Prix d'excellence

Montreal, November 15, 2004: Montreal production company Cineflix has been awarded The Export Prize for cinema and television from the Societe de developpement des enterprises culturelles (SODEC) announced Cineflix Productions President André Barro today.

“The Cineflix team is delighted to be recognized within the Quebec cinema and television industry in this way,” said Barro. “I would like to take this opportunity to thank the jury at SODEC, but also the employees at Cineflix who continue to work so hard at producing and financing high-quality, exportable programs.”

The five SODEC Export prizes, each worth $10,000, recognize and encourage the activities of Quebec’s cultural milieu in the international marketplace.
