ITV1 Announces the Commission of the Comedy Annual 2010

ITV1 announces the prime-time commission of The Comedy Annual 2010. In this brand new comedy special some of Britain’s top comedians give their definitive verdict on the brilliant, outrageous and most infuriating moments that made up 2010.

Hosted by Phillip Schofield, and produced by ITV Studios and Cineflix, this hour-long special will look back at the key moments of the past year – the big feuds, the stand-out moments of TV, and the people who become overnight stars – without meaning to.

The Comedy Annual 2010 sees the country's biggest and best comedians - Jason Manford, John Bishop, Jenny Eclair, Mark Watson and Keith Lemon give their very own special take on the highs and lows of the past 12 months.

The Comedy Annual 2010 is commissioned by ITV's Commissioner of Entertainment Claire Zolkwer. The executive producers are Lee Connolly and Saurabh Kakkar for ITV Studios and Guy Freeman for Cineflix. This hilarious and irreverent comedy review of the year will transmit on Wednesday 22 December at 9pm on ITV1.
