March 29, 2010 — Back with 13 all-new episodes, the third season of the popular property series For Rent is scheduled to launch on HGTV Canada on Monday, April 5th at 8pm ET.
Proving there’s no need to settle for drab interiors just because you’re renting, For Rent host Jodi Gilmour guides desperate but hopeful renters to budget-friendly new homes, and then executes magazine-worthy makeovers on a dime.
The premiere episode airing Monday, April 5th at 8pm features a successful financial and life coach looking for a glamorous high-rise rental where he can entertain friends and inspire clients. The second episode airing Monday, April 12 features a young woman looking to leave the comfort of her parents’ suburban home to find her first-ever big city apartment.
Beyond managing one of Canada's largest and most successful RE/MAX franchises, real estate agent and rental expert Jodi Gilmour is the host of For Rent, and was also a featured contributor on the entertaining series Marriage Under Construction (also on HGTV). Widely recognized for her professionalism, resources, and winning charm, Jodi is committed to improving her clients’ quality of life.
