Senior Human Resources Coordinator, Production (Toronto, Full Time)

The Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, Production, the Senior Human Resources Coordinator, Production is responsible for coordinating the HR functions and contract processing for all production offices. This is a full-time position based out of our Toronto office.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and distribute the weekly Arriving/Departing list
• Contract follow-up and inquiries:
o Liaise with the Certifications department and assist with obtaining missing information and documentation
o Liaise with the legal department to maintain proper contract procedures
o Assist productions with organizing and preparing contracts and legal binders
o Ensure that all productions are informed about contracts and CAVCO# procedures
o Verify all ‘Notice of Amended Term’ internal legal forms
• Recruitment – job postings, screening resumes, interviews
• Assist in the planning and implementation of the Human Resources database
• New employee orientation emails and setup requests
• Work closely with the Operations department to ensure employee setup
• Preparing and coordinating the master headcount for Canada, US, and UK productions
• Various administrative tasks:
o Monitor all Cineflix email account statuses and request email closure surveys
o Toronto HR department credit card logs and expense reports
o Coordinate emergency contact info sheets for all Toronto employees
o Coordinator employee wellness and incentive events (gym/yoga memberships, birthdays)
o Update the Toronto office guidebook monthly
o Coordinate employee exit forms
o Update HR production resource spreadsheets (Production Manager Chart, Contract Checklist, Document Summary)
o Update company bulletin boards on each floor within each Toronto office
o Coordinate the distribution of New Employee Request Forms, for each production office, globally.
• Overseeing the Contract Tracking process, and coordinate with the production HR Assistant
• Coordinating and leading monthly meeting with Production Executives and the Operations department to discuss future production seating plans and head counts

Qualification/Skills
• University or College degree with focus or major in Human Resources Management
• Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office, knowledge of Epicor HCM is an asset
• Ability to pick up new software quickly
• HR experience within a media-based company is an asset
