Gerard Barry
Executive Producer
Prior to joining Cineflix, Gerard Barry was Head of Entertainment and Features at independent production company Zigzag where his key credits included Restaurant In Your Home (BBC2), the pop culture documentary series of Fast Turnarounds (Five), and the Rose D’Or winning out-of-studio quiz show Relentless (Channel 4). Prior to that, Gerard was the Executive Producer who spearheaded the successful creation of Princess North, the Factual and Factual Entertainment division of parent company, Princess Productions.
Gerard also worked as a Producer with Endemol and Series Producer with radar/ RDF on a number of series destined for Channel 4, and prior to that spent 12 years at the BBC’s Entertainment Department where, first as Producer, Series and then Executive Producer, he pitched, created and produced a wide range of critically-acclaimed series and documentaries. At Cineflix, Gerard is currently Executive Producing Conviction Kitchen II, Dinner Party Wars II and In-Law Wedding Wars.
